These Terms of Service govern your use of the Luxury Massage Chairs website and services, operated by London Health Products Inc. By browsing our site, booking a showroom visit or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.

Products and Pricing

We work to describe our chairs accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image or specification is complete or error free. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once payment is authorized and the item is available. We accept major cards, digital wallets and financing through trusted partners. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer white-glove delivery within the continental United States. A team delivers to the room of your choice, sets up your chair and removes the packaging. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary with location and stock.

Returns and Warranty

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a chair has been delivered. Because of this, we strongly encourage you to sit in a chair at our San Jose showroom before purchasing, where every chair on the floor is plugged in and available to try without an appointment. Every chair includes a manufacturer warranty, with optional extended protection available. A chair that arrives damaged, or that proves defective, is handled under that warranty and under shipping protection rather than as a return. Report any delivery damage within 48 hours with photos or video.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their approval and terms. We are not the lender and we do not make credit decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Massage Chairs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our massage chairs are wellness products and are not medical devices. Consult a physician before use if you have a health condition.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
